3. Features and Privacy
3.1 Account Deletion
Users may request permanent deletion of their accounts directly through the platform.
Before deletion, users are informed that all their personal data and profile information will be irreversibly erased. However, records of problems and solutions will remain on the platform, either anonymized or dissociated from the user’s profile, to preserve the history and integrity of shared data.
Deletion requires an additional confirmation step, including password entry, to ensure it is the actual account holder making the request.
3.2 Profile and Data Visibility
Users can choose whether their problems are public or private.
Registered problems are always public and visible to all platform users, except for solutions, which can be set as private if the author wishes.
In the Enterprise version (closed ecosystem), both problems and solutions are private by default, visible only to users within that environment.
Sensitive data such as email, phone number, and personal information are not publicly displayed.

- Include false, misleading information, or pose risks to others.
4.2 Moderation and Edits
The Proby team may edit problem information for technical adjustments, data correction, or upon user request.
Users understand and accept that problems are subject to quality guidelines and alignment with the platform's objectives.
